Q: How will I receive my dataset?
A: Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive a secure download link via email. Files are delivered in Excel (.xlsx) and CSV formats for easy use.
Q: Do you ship physical products?
A: No. All TrueLead Data products are digital downloads only. Nothing physical will be mailed.
Refunds & Policies
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please review sample files and descriptions before purchase.
Q: What if I have trouble accessing my download?

Q: Can I share or resell the data I buy?
A: Purchases grant you a non-exclusive license for internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or publishing the data without permission is not allowed.
Q: Can my whole team use the dataset?

Q: How often are datasets updated?
A: Our datasets are verified and updated regularly. Each product listing includes the edition year so you know the version you’re purchasing.

A: While we verify our data, no dataset is perfect. TrueLead Data provides the most reliable information available, but results may vary based on use.
